Albania has finalised its participation agreement with the International Stabilization Force for Gaza, signing it on Friday in the presence of the force's commander, US Maj. Gen. Jasper Jeffers, the Times of Israel reported. Albanian liaison officers are expected in the region in November.

Kosovo said its explosive ordnance disposal team was ready to deploy once the force could receive it. Morocco and Kazakhstan have also committed troops, and up to 500 Moroccan personnel have trained since late August, according to a Board of Peace official.

“Kosovo's EOD team is ready and will deploy once ISF is prepared to receive it.”

Kosovo Ministry of Defence

No operational deployment has yet taken place. The US-backed Board of Peace is still seeking Israeli approval for key elements, including a base near the Yellow Line, and the two sides disagree over the sequencing of Israeli withdrawals and Hamas's disarmament.
