MADE TO LAST.
01 THE DIFFERENCE
STRONGER. LIGHTER. SMARTER.
One moulded Kevlar/Carbon Fibre shell. No frame. No seams. The skin is the structure.
A conventional caravan is assembled. KEVLA CAMPA is moulded.
Instead of a timber or aluminium frame clad in panels and sealed at every joint, the body is formed as a single composite monocoque shell.
Load travels across the whole body rather than through a handful of fixings, so the van can be built strong without being built heavy.

07 OFF-GRID
POWER YOU
DON’T THINK ABOUT.
Roof solar feeds a lithium bank, the bank feeds the van, and the van keeps working where there is no power and no water for days at a time.
Self-sufficiency is not a hardware list. It is not having to plan the trip around a powered site.

08 WHY KEVLA
TWO WAYS TO
BUILD A CARAVAN.
CONVENTIONAL BUILD
- Timber or aluminium frame, clad in panels
- Strength concentrated at joints and fixings
- Many sealed seams to maintain
- More strength usually means more weight
KEVLA MONOCOQUE
- One moulded composite shell — the skin is the structure
- Load spread across the entire body
- Far fewer joints to seal or fail
- Strength without the weight penalty
